Authentic Leadership:

A Conversation with

Raquel Walsh

In this hour-long conversation, Taz and speaker Raquel Walsh explore how self-understanding shapes the way people lead. Drawing on their personal experiences, they discuss authenticity, changing definitions of success, and finding the confidence to make choices aligned with their values.

The discussion reflects The Hustle Legacy’s interest in connecting inner discovery with outward action—bringing personal reflection into conversations about leadership and professional life.

Meet Raquel Walsh

Raquel Walsh is a speaker whose work explores authenticity, courage, and the freedom to make choices aligned with who you are. Her perspective is shaped by two experiences of burnout, including one that followed what she had believed would be her dream job. Rebuilding her confidence led her to examine how fear and expectations had influenced her decisions—and what it meant to define success on her own terms.

Raquel advocates for workplaces where people can express themselves honestly, maintain healthy boundaries, and feel respected for their individual contributions. Speaking to both Portuguese and English audiences, she connects personal reflection with questions about how we live, work, and lead.

Raquel also joined Taz as one of five speakers at Heart of Her Empowerment, a virtual event on women’s empowerment, transformative journeys, and turning passion into purpose.
